"Sword of Omens, give me sight beyond sight...in those capsules, they're--they're THUNDERCATS!" Can anyone born in the 80's even try to claim to not liking Thundercats--with their jazzy theme song. I think an animated Lion-O would work to, a heroes journey film. As a boy he has a crush on the much older Cheetara, but on the way to third earth he grows up in his capsule--or maybe you could do a Rocket Man deal and be awake alone with Snarf for ten or so years. When they arrive he's got to become Lord Lion-O with grouchy Tigra trying to take command, kindly Pumra watching over him, and his old pals Wily Kit and Katgiving him trouble. At the same time he's trying to woo Cheetara who still seems him as a little cub. Sorry, spouting off. Enjoy!

I would love to see you do redesigns for the whole show - screw the new ones - ha!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see the new cartoon to see if it's any good--but I'd have to agree, redesigning would be fun. It's what I think of when I'm driving to work or lying in bed with nothing to do but think. Star Wars, X-Men, Buffy...I'd love to do a remake of something.
