Here she is, in all her glory. I really liked the costume look with the pants. Not that I'm enraged about the change back to briefs, but I just chose to go with this look for her.

Hey guys, so I meant to put these up in the 'whatever you're doing' section. They're late, but worth taking a look at. Here are a couple of prints I did up for Baltimore Comic Con!

They did pretty well. Earned back at least twice the printing costs, so I'll count it as a win.

Rhino Smash!

Continuing my trend of late posts, here's my sketch for last week's Spiderman Villain theme! I think The Rhino is always just an excuse for Spidey to trounce someone, but I wanted to draw some musculature and there's no better model for that than a guy in a skin tight rhinoceros hide. I like how this one came out a lot.

That's my cape.

Bam! Here's something I had in my head and couldn't shake out until it was on paper. It's silly, and I laughed when I came up with it, but I don't know if it worked. Does it come across that Palpatine's using Vader's cape as his cloak? There's probably some metaphor in that, but honestly I just thought it was chuckle worthy.

Blacksad!

About time I posted something! My apologies for simply taking up space on your roster lately, but I'm trying to get back into the flow of actually being productive with things other than school and sleeping. Here's my Blacksad piece!

The comic is already so badass (if anyone wants to read it and hasn't yet let me know) and I wasn't going to be able to elevate that any more, so I thought I'd go with something a little more graphic. This was fun to do, though the blinds bugged me for a little bit. I'm still unsure about them.

Posin'

Chase and Molly were always my favorite duo out of the Runaways gang. Admittedly they never really paired up super-hero style, but when they interacted it always felt like a big brother/little sister dynamic, even though she could pound him into paste. That always amused me. So here they are, posing all tough-like for the camera. Old lace had to get in on the action, too.

Spawn by David Stoll

I remember sleeping over at my cousin's house when I was little and being towered over by shelves filled with statues of Spawn figurines. Thanks, Mr. McFarlane, for some pretty vivid nightmares at an early age. I really wish I had the time to stick some of the classic Spawn line weight into his cloak, or to actually draw some decent chains here, but as it is I'm roughly a week late with this post so this will have to do :)
