The Other Scarface

I always thought Rolento was just a super cool fighter. Am I wrong? Also, Rashad has the right idea with Fei Long - another one of the coolest fighters in the series. Enjoy.

    Just used paintbrush strokes to compose the shape I wanted. Then adjusted the colors.
